The pin room entry was quite secure and simple. the room had very good air conditioning. It took a moment to figure it out. the staff was friendly and always available to help retrieve my headphones. I was very happy.

i noticed noise transferred between rooms more than usual.

The room was spacious and clean! The hotel is close to the vibrant eateries at Cawley Road. I found the front staff to be super helpful. They carried my bag upstairs. The hotel also held my luggage when I arrived early.

The nearby car park is too small and very busy. I think the hotel should recommend other options for parking.

The room had big bay windows and lots of sunshine. It. The bed was perfect, not too soft and not too firm. I slept well. Shampoo was provided.

There was no breakfast on offer at the hotel! I found several cafes nearby. The hotel is also opposite a pub with a beer garden. It looked inviting.

The location was excellent for my needs because it was near the venue I was visiting that evening. The hotel is within walking distance of the botanical gardens. Getting to campus via bus is easy.

The front desk staff were very cute and check-in was really helpful. The staff allowed me to store my luggage before check-in. Desk staff will assist guests to the second floor.
